Our team is using agile methodology and we are shaping solutions to meet the unknown future needs of the workplace. Using Customer Centred Design and an iterative approach we are hurtling towards the development of our MPV. Consultation, design and development of training materials for large scale national roll-out of Customer Service and Sales training programs for a home care services organisation (2016).

Part of a team that conducted a global scoping project/training needs analysis for a professional services organisation. This involved consultation with 30 senior stakeholders from different countries. My contribution to the resulting report included the learning analysis - verbatim insights and the opportunities identified from the insights, high level learning objectives and solution recommendations (2015)
